You can search available apartments, and send requests for the most suitable ones. In some cases, such as a change in availability, landlords can reject booking requests. If someone else was quicker to confirm than you, you will receive a "Reserved for another tenant" message. If you withdraw the accepted booking request, you can confirm another booking. Once you confirm the booking request, we will create the rental agreement for you and the landlord/-lady. Please keep in mind that you can only confirm one booking at a time. In order to confirm it, you will need to complete your profile and upload the required documents to your account. If you would like to rent this Wunderflat, it's best to confirm it as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can send booking requests for other Wunderflats.
